Do I need to send product samples for photography?
You only need to send us your product samples for 3D image rendering or if you haven’t got any raw product images. Depending on your location, we suggest sending a sample to one of our design offices. For image enhancement and recreation (infographics, lifestyles, etc.), we only need your current raw images, brand colours, and desired theme. We’ll handle the rest. Let us know during our first call, and we’ll arrange everything to accommodate your needs.
What if I’m not 100% happy with the results?
Don’t worry, we offer multiple revisions which normally always obtains the desired results however we can always tweak things further should we need to. Once the work has been created, we can’t offer a full refund, however we can offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
What is the average timeframe?
The typical timeframe for receiving the first draft of Amazon images is 5-7 business days, however this is subject to change depending on the type and amount of images needed.
Where do I ship my samples to?
Best to consult with us first to determine the most suitable options for you. We will ship the samples back to you and confirm if shipping costs apply.
Do I get to keep the source files?
Absolutely! Once the images are finalised and approved, we’ll send you the AI and PS files along with any other supporting documents.
